Bahkan sebelum acara Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs) 2021 tersebut digelar, BTS telah lebih dulu diumumkan sebagai pemenang untuk tiga kategori sekaligus, yaitu:

1. Top Dua/Grup
2. Top Song Sales Artist
3. Top Social Artist

Lagu berbahasa Inggris BTS berjudul Dynamite juga menjadi pemenang setelah masuk dalam daftar nominasi Top Selling Song.

Top Social Artist seakan menjadi penghargaan langgann untuk BTS selama lima tahun berturut-turut.

Penghargaan insan musik Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs) 2021 telah sukses digelar secara live melalui saluran NBC, Minggu, 23 Mei 2021 atau Senin, 24 Mei 2021 pagi WIB.
